<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'atmosphère des lieux de travail où le personnel est exposé à l'action des poussières d'amiante doit être périodiquement contrôlée. Ce contrôle s'effectue par le comptage des fibres contenues dans l'air ambiant réalisé par des operateurs appartenant à des laboratoires agréés. Il est important de pouvoir s'assurer de la qualité des comptages en comparant les résultats obtenus par chaque "compteur". Cette note décrit la procédure de comparaison des comptages adoptée en France depuis 1986, la compare aux pratiques anglo-saxones, puis examine les conséquences de la dispersion des résultats des opérateurs pour ce qui concerne les mesures réglementaires</abstract>
