<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cuando se habla de grandes riesgos industriales, en los que las sumas aseguradoras originan la necesidad de salir al mercado de facultativo, en el que las condiciones son fijadas por el reasegurador o al menos deben ser aceptadas por él, se puede ya observar una tendencia alcista de las mismas, así como un endurecimiento general del resto de las condiciones, como franquicias, exclusiones y nivel de protección necesario. Para efectuar un análisis objetivo del tema, el autor considera necesario, en primer lugar, una información cuantitativa y estadística del sector de seguros en España para tratar de dimensionarle adecuadamente. Posteriormente, su situación cualitativa, con un análisis de los factores que han incidido en su evolución y en las dificultades del momento. Por último, las soluciones alternativas a adoptar por todos los elementos intervinientes para abordar el futuro con mayores garantías</abstract>
