<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Une informatisation de la fiche d'entreprise est proposée. Elle se situe en aval de la surveillance informatisée des risques professionnels. Elle suppose effectuée la description des situations de travail, au niveau d'une entreprise. Cette description est orientée vers les risques et effectuée par la méthode D.S.T. Trois voies complémentaires sont proposées pour acquérir les informations constitutives d'une fiche: matrice emplois-expositions, écrans spécifiques de saisie, acquisition manuelle. La typographie d'édition adoptée pour la fiche est celle proposée par le Centre d'Information des services médicaux d'entreprises et interentreprises</abstract>
