<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El objetivo de este trabajo es doble, en primer lugar persigue sintetizar las distintas aproximaciones que en los últimos años se han vendio realizando sobre la forma de definir y medir la innovación de la empresa, en el marco de la teoría contingente, en un intento de síntesis que permita difinir y operativizar este concepto de la forma más precisa posible; por otra parte, se busca estudiar la influencia que tiene la innovación en la manera en que se organiza la empresa</abstract>
