<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La seguridad laboral se entiende, según el autor, como obligación legal del empresario como responsable de la seguridad de sus trabajadores tal y como se establece la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en su art. 14.2. La seguridad integrada incluye los siguientes aspectos: la prevención de riesgos y daños profesionales o materiales, la lucha contra sus consecuencias negativas y la promoción directa de los objetivos del hombre a nivel de empresa y a nivel social. Los objetivos a promover y potenciar dentro de esta filosofía son: la seguridad en el trabajo, la calidad en el trabajo, el medio ambiente, la seguridad en el producto y el patrimonio económico, técnico y cultural de la empresa</abstract>
