<abstract>El objetivo del artículo es dar a conocer la estrategia empresarial que basa la mejora del rendimiento a través de la obtención de premios de cualquier tipo, en tema de seguridad este sistema se basaría en dar premios aquellos grupos de trabajo que menos accidentes laborales tuviera. La estrategia es poner en práctica los estimulos correctos y con una planificación y administración clara para que sea eficaz.</abstract>
