<abstract>Este artículo recoge la Jornada Técnica dedicada al Acoso Psicológico en el Trabajo, dentro del IV Congreso Nacional de Recursos Humanos y Capital Intelectual Human 2002. El objetivo de la misma fue la descripción del problema del mobbing en las empresas y de cómo afecta significativamente a la eficiencia de los recursos humanos, deteriorando su salud, causando su baja laboral y su deterioro progresivo</abstract>
