<abstract>Para demostrar, o más bien para afirmar su carácter sistémico, "holístico", como dicen los anglosajones, han rebautizado la gerencia de riesgos a la antigua, como ERM, que significa "Enterprise Risk Management" y que debe, o debería, ocuparse de todos los riesgos de la empresa, y no sólo de los asegurados o asegurables. Para completar la jugada, también sería necesario (nobleza obliga) elevar su responsabilidad a un nivel superior. Puesto que ya existe un CEO (Chief Executive Officer) y un CFO (Chief Financial Officer), ¿por que no un CRO, un nuevo Chief Risk Officer?</abstract>
