<abstract>De un tiempo a esta parte , venimos asistiendo a una práctica, por parte de las compañías aseguradoras, que se está afianzando sospechosamente, en materia de responsabilidad civil. Se trata del interés de las aseguradores por combatir la postura de los asegurados "de mala fe", que han aprendido a guardar los siniestros de Responsabilidad Civil en un cajón, hasta que las circunstancias obliguen a reportárselos a las compañías. Lo que consiguen con ello es favorecer sus estadísticas de siniestralidad</abstract>
