TRIA has virtually no chance of being extended until sometime in 2005, meaning that between then and now, the fate of TRIA is uncertain. This is unwelcome news to any terrorism coverage policyholder but especially so for those currently facing renewals as prices may fluctuate sharply until this matter in resolved.
