Subraya el papel de la planificación urbana en la atenuación de los riesgos sísmicos, señalando que dicha atenuación requiere tanto intervenciones estructurales en el conjunto de edificios e infraestructuras como medidas para afrontar el riesgo sísmico en su dimensión "urbana"</abstract>
