<abstract>La trasposición al ordenamiento jurídico español de la Quinta Directiva del Seguro de Automóviles deberá efectuarse antes del 11 de junio de 2007, resultando afectados el texto refundido de la Ley sobre Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro en la Circulación de Vehículos a Motor, y el Reglamento que la desarrolla, así como el texto refundido de la Ley de Ordenación y Supervisión de los Seguros Privados. En este artículo se enuncian algunas de las modificaciones de las dos normas con rango legal citadas, tal como resultan del Proyecto de Ley remitido por el Gobierno a las Cortes Generales el 9 de febrero de 2007, y que ha sido publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Cortes Generales del 16 de febrero</abstract>
