<abstract>Los resultados del estudio realizado por la consultora de investigación de mercados Quota Research, señalan que solamente el 34 por ciento de los empleados españoles, se encuentran comprometidos con sus empresas, y que más del 50 por ciento tienen actitudes negativas hacia la empresa en la que trabajan. Los resultados obtenidos en España, son muy similares a los de otras economías parecidas a la nuestra en cuanto a su nivel de desarrollo social y económico, tales como los de América del Norte y Europa</abstract>
