<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Real Decreto 1588/1999, de 15 de octubre obliga a las empresas que tengan compromisos por pensiones privadas asumidos en su balance a la exteriorización de éstos a través de seguros colectivos o planes de pensiones de empleo. El proceso de trasvase de capitales no será inmediato y en muchos casos se deberá amortizar un déficit existente entre los fondos constituidos y el valor de tales compromisos</abstract>
