Un país castigado por los últimos movimientos políticos y que ahora ha tomado el impulso necesario para continuar hacia el desarrollo . Congregó a más de 900 asistentes de 33 países para compartir experiencias, marcar pautas de cara al futuro y hacer frente a las nuevas normativaas. Se diereon tres claves para conseguirlo: integración, aumento de la inversión privada e impulso de las infraestructuras</abstract>
