<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Qué valora el técnico de prevención y qué percibe el trabajador como un riesgo, muchas veces, no coincide. Por ello, se ha realizado una encuesta para conocer qué perciben los trabajadores de una empresa de hostelería, un sector que no presenta grandes peligros en cuanto a presencia de de accidentes muy graves y mortales pero en el que se conviven categorías de trabajo muy dispares, y que hace necesaria una descripción de lo que cada uno siente</abstract>
