The study examines factors such as the total fertility rate (TFR), life expectancy at age 65 (LE65), and age structure, highlighting concepts like the demographic window and population inertia. It proposes an alternative model that divides the population into four age groups to better reflect current dynamics, emphasizing the importance of adaptive policies in response to rapid aging and its effects on pensions, healthcare, and long-term care</abstract>
