Sumario: With the increase of the services provided by insurance brokers in mainland China, brokers have encountered a number of problematic legal issue arising in their daily operations. Handling such issues can be a major challenge when attempting to operate in a sound internal risk managed business environment. The author highlights some of these legal issues and advises what brokers can do to cope with them
