Se diagnostica el panorama jurisprudencial, se propone una manera de darle coherencia y se exponen algunas críticas. En concreto, se expone en qué casos cabe reclamar las cantidades gastadas en contratar ayuda exterior para sustituir el trabajo doméstico que la víctima no puede realizar temporalmente</abstract>
