<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El 31 de agosto, el Consejo de Ministros aprobaba la tercera reforma financiera en menos de siete meses que debe ser el fin del calvario del sistema financiero español. El Gobierno, a través del Real Decreto Ley 24-2012 dio su conformidad a la normativa que recoge las exigencias del memorando por el que la banca española puede recibir hasta 100.000 millones de euros del fondo de rescate europeo. </abstract>
