<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este artículo repasa la reforma laboral de 2012 centrándose en tres temas: despidos, negociación colectiva y políticas activas. Se intenta valorar su impacto sobre diferentes variables y se ofrecen los primeros datos disponibles de los eventuales impactos de algunos de los principales cambios legales introducidos. Los datos muestran que subsisten importantes incertidumbres y que los impactos relevantes pueden darse sobre flujos brutos (como los despidos) más que sobre los niveles de empleo o la tasa de temporalidad.</abstract>
