<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El arbitraje es un proceso, al amparo de la Ley 60/2003 de 23 de Diciembre, en el cual se trata de resolver extrajudicialmente las diferencias que surgen en las relaciones entre dos o más partes, quienes acuerdan la intervención de un tercero (árbitro o tribunal arbitral) para que los resuelva de la misma forma que lo haría un juez. El laudo o resolución del tribunal arbitral es de ejecución inmediata y solo puede ser anulado por defectos de forma.</abstract>
