<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La XVIII Jornada de Expectativas de Renovación de los Programas de Seguros de AGERS constató que ni la crisis es capaz de acabar con el mercado blando en la mayor parte de los ramos. También evidenció la preocupación por Solvencia II; por los resultados (el rendimiento financiero no podrá compensar el peor comportamiento técnico), y por una eficiencia en la tramitación de siniestros que abarate sus costes. </abstract>
