<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Sobre el sistema de pensiones en Chile, Jorge Claude Presidente de la Asociación de Aseguradores de Chile, sostiene que aunque Chile hizo bien en migrar de un sistema de reparto a otro de capitalización individual, el sistema debe mejorarse para reducir la pobreza en la etapa pasiva y para asegurar que, a medida que aumenten las expectativas sobre el retiro, un sistema reformado pueda mantener, al menos, su actual nivel de apoyo e, idealmente, satisfacer los crecientes estándares de tales expectativas.</abstract>
