<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, en sentencia de 4 de septiembre de 2014, se ha pronunciado sobre lo que debe entenderse por "hecho de circulación" a los efectos del artículo 3, apartado I de la Primera Directiva de Automóviles. En estas líneas se analiza esta resolución, indicando que la misma puede tener consecuencias importantes en nuestra legislación y en la interpretación que los tribunales hacen sobre los conceptos de "vehiculos a motor" y "hecho de la circulación"</abstract>
