El año 2013 se cerró con un total de 1.680 fallecidos en accidentes de tráfico, de los cuales 142 (el 8 por 100) perdieron la vida en alguno de los 7 .682 siniestros en los que estaban implicadas furgonetas, según datos publicados por la Dirección General de Tráfico</abstract>
