<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En los próximos tiempos el sector asegurador se va a enfrentar a novedades legislativas extremadamente importantes a las que todos los actores del mercado deberán adaptarse con rapidez. Dejando a un lado la improbable modificación de la Ley de Contrato de Seguro (no parece ya posible que el nuevo Código Mercantil vaya a ver la luz durante la presente legislatura, que se aproxima a su fin), las novedades próximas más relevantes serán sin duda Solvencia II, la transposición de la Directiva IMD2 y la trascendental modificación del baremo, que ya ha iniciado su andadura parlamentaria, una vez aprobado el Proyecto de Ley el pasado día 10 de abril. </abstract>
