<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Toda organización tiene como misión el desarrollo de un cuerpo técnico formado por expertos profesionales bien formados que colaboren con las misiones de esta y compartan su visión y valores. En esta línea quiero felicitar al Colegio de Mediadores de Seguros de Gipuzkoa, representado por su presidente Sr. Duran, por la visión y conocimiento de la problemática del sector y su capacidad de incluir a los mejores profesionales al servicio del Colegio y sus asociados. Uno de los problemas a los que se enfrenta el mediador de seguros es la duda o, directamente, el rechazo de su cliente a la oferta indemnizatoria que efectúa la aseguradora tras sufrir un siniestro.</abstract>
