<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La pirámide generacional de la sociedad española hace inviable un sistema puro de reparto como el español. La baja natalidad unida a la profunda crisis, que ha reducido de forma significativa los ingresos del sistema, ha anticipado los problemas que se avecinaban sobre la sostenibilidad de las pensiones públicas y ha llevado a los últimos gobiernos a aplicar medidas correctoras sobre las mismas, situación que se hará más evidente con el paso de los años y fomentará la necesidad de contratar un plan de pensiones privado. </abstract>
