Superado el aumento de la frecuencia de siniestralidad, este año las compañías reparan en los servicios de valor añadido, en las soluciones que mida la calidad para el asegurado, y todas ellas llevan la palabra telemática. Servicios que poco a poco se harán imprescindibles, como sus consecuencias, para bien y para mal.</abstract>
