<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Han pasado nueve años desde la publicación de la Ley 26-2007 de responsabilidad ambiental y han sido varios los desarrollos y modificaciones de este marco legal. El establecimiento de garantías financieras previsto en esta legislación tiene que ser resultado de un Análisis de Riesgos Medioambientales (ARM). Para apoyar a los operadores y simplificar esta tarea se han desarrollado diversas herramientas como la UNE 150.008, los MIRAT, las Tablas de Baremos, las Guías Metodológicas, el IDM y el MORA. El presente artículo tiene como objeto exponer las herramientas desarrolladas en España para simplificar y facilitar este ARM.</abstract>
