<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En abril de 2013 el Buque LR Atacama, realizaba labores de transferencia de hidrocarburo a la monoboya del Asegurado, ubicada en la Bahía Las Brisas. Un problema dió con 60.000 litros de crudo derramado en la Bahía. Este caso práctico sirve como escenario para el análisis de la responsabilidad civil ambiental.</abstract>
