En esa cena, nos explica su CEO, María Gómez del Pozuelo, me punzaban estas cifras: Solo hay un 5% de mujeres que llegan al top de las compañías, solo un 12% que consiguen ser presidentas, consejeras delegadas y directoras generales y, además, cobramos un 21% menos que los hombres; esto unido a un largo etcétera. En aquel momento lo ví claro y creé el proyecto de mi vida.</abstract>
