Además, se habló de las ventajas del mediador, aunque sea pequeño: cercanía con el cliente; mayor adaptación, agilidad y dinamismo; un enfoque a nichos específicos; rapidez de decisión; corrección controlada; y calidad de servicio. Y se les dio las claves para hacerse más visibles en la sociedad</abstract>
