<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Durante 2017 se observó un crecimiento sólido en prácticamente todas las regiones del mundo (en el entorno de 3,6% a/a a nivel global), con las economías desarrolladas creciendo al 2% y las economías emergentes cerca del 5%. La evolución de la inflación también fue benigna (véanse las Gráficas 1.1-a y 1.1-b). En los mercados desarrollados, la inflación aumentó moderadamente, mientras que las presiones inflacionistas en los mercados emergentes disminuyeron. La normalización de la política monetaria en los Estados Unidos no ha afectado a los mercados y el comercio mundial tampoco se ha visto afectado en mayor medida aún por la reciente retórica proteccionista.</abstract>
