<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La aparición de los vehículos autónomos no producirá cambios con respecto a la obligación de aseguramiento de los mismos, sino más bien al contrario. La inteligencia artificial y la robótica están llamadas a ser objeto de aseguramiento obligatorio, dado que la nueva vuelta de tuerca que supone la denominada Cuarta Revolución Industrial nos sumerge de lleno en el campo de la Responsabilidad Civil objetiva o por riesgo. No obstante, y dado que se trata de un ámbito donde la responsabilidad por tránsito motorizado y por producto defectuoso se solapan, deviene necesario comenzar a diferenciar ambos regímenes, pues no serán excepción los supuestos en los que la aseguradora repita frente al fabricante para el reembolso de los daños indemnizados</abstract>
