<abstract displayLabel="Summary">In some specific situations that we will discuss in this dossier, one should consider the creation of a dedicated fund, widely known as unit-linked or, under a technical approach, a life insurance based investment product. In some jurisdictions, these life insurance solutions are also known as fonds dédiesor life bonds. Whatever the nomenclature, they all represent the same concept. This concept, as well as its legal framework, are described in the following article of this dossier. </abstract>
