<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Liderazgo, sesgos, estereotipos, diversidad, igualdad, género, empoderamiento, todas estas palabras, por separado, no hacen mucho, pero juntas generan el cambio. Esto resume el segundo evento Experience de #RedEWI, celebrado en la sede de PSN, donde el sector asegurador rompió sesgos para seguir sumando. ¿Cómo? Todos los miembros que forman parte de esta Red hicieron que estas palabras estuvieran más cerca de un mismo fin; que haya más mujeres en puestos de dirección gracias a las medidas presentadas por los Grupos de Trabajo: Conciliación, Formación, Selección y Promoción. Este es el primer paso para elaborar una radiografía de la salud real del sector asegurador en diversidad y, a partir de ahí, crear el primer observatorio en iguladad del mercado, afirmó Susana Pérez, fundadora de EWI, durante el acto.</abstract>
