<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El riesgo tiene una natural proclividad al dinamismo. Son excepcionales los casos en que el mismo es estático. Normalmente está sujeto a diversos tipos de influencias y fuerzas que lo envuelven en una metamorfosis de constante ductilidad. Esta cualidad ciertamente se acentúa tratándose de aquellos en los que, como la responsabilidad civil1 , se encuentran en íntima dependencia con la siempre activa evolución de los sistemas legales. Son los respectivos Derechos locales o domésticos -e incluso los internacionales regionales- los que la dotan de contenido y delimitan sus alcances.</abstract>
