The first part contains the general definition of the activity of reinsurance, the second part deals with the three levels of authority classified in accordance with their principal features as : decision level for leadership, preparatory level for the intermediate authority between leadership and level on which the final physical office work is carried out or executed. This last level is called execution level, although the description executives is generally used for the high functionaries of an enterprise. The third part deals with the layout of figure work, which is performed by the major part of the personnel of a reinsurance company.
