Ahora, entre el 50% y 60% de los viajes están asegurados, cuando, antes de la pandemia, estábamos en el 25% aproximadamente. Raúl Pérez, director de Negocio de Asistencia en Viaje de Arag, explica que para crecer en este ramo hay que ser muy flexible, escuchar muy activamente a nuestros clientes y conseguir adaptarse a las necesidades del mercado de forma constante, ofreciendo siempre la mejor calidad de servicio</abstract>
