<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El documento analiza el Proyecto de Ley que reforma el régimen jurídico del seguro obligatorio de vehículos a motor en España, adaptándolo a la Directiva (UE) 2021-2118 y a los nuevos desafíos tecnológicos y sociales en movilidad. La propuesta redefine la responsabilidad civil como objetiva, amplía el ámbito del aseguramiento a vehículos personales ligeros, mejora el sistema de valoración de daños personales, refuerza la protección de datos conforme al RGPD, y establece nuevos estándares de supervisión y solvencia para entidades aseguradoras. Además, promueve métodos alternativos de resolución de conflictos y crea un marco más garantista, transparente y eficiente, aunque su éxito dependerá de su desarrollo reglamentario y aplicación práctica</abstract>
