<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La proliferación de sistemas de IA capaces de generar imágenes y videos realistas de personas sin su consentimiento ha generado gran preocupación por la privacidad. Estas tecnologías, integradas en redes sociales, facilitan la creación de contenidos íntimos no consensuados, materiales difamatorios y otros usos perjudiciales, con riesgos especialmente graves para menores y colectivos vulnerables. Ante esta situación, la presidenta del CEPD, Anu Talus, ha firmado en nombre del organismo una Declaración Conjunta sobre Imágenes Generadas por IA y Privacidad, coordinada por el Grupo de Trabajo Internacional de la Asamblea Global de Privacidad, que refleja la postura común de 61 autoridades internacionales</abstract>
