<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado un Real Decreto que regula la jubilación flexible, permitiendo a los pensionistas compatibilizar su pensión con un trabajo a tiempo parcial o por cuenta propia, bajo ciertas condiciones. La norma amplía la horquilla de jornada parcial entre el 33% y el 80% y establece incentivos económicos adicionales para quienes se reincorporen al mercado laboral. También introduce mejoras para quienes accedieron a la jubilación anticipada y regula la compatibilidad con la asistencia sanitaria y protección social. Esta medida forma parte de la reforma de pensiones iniciada en 2021 y busca fomentar el envejecimiento activo, reducir las jubilaciones anticipadas y aumentar la edad efectiva de retiro.</abstract>
