<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El artículo analiza la importancia estratégica de la logística y el transporte en Airbus, destacando la complejidad de coordinar una red global de proveedores y plantas para la fabricación de aeronaves y satélites. Explica el modelo operativo basado en transporte multimodal (aéreo, terrestre y marítimo) y los retos asociados, como la gestión de componentes de gran tamaño, la sostenibilidad y la precisión temporal. También aborda la gestión de riesgos y seguros en el transporte y pre-lanzamiento de satélites, especialmente tras la indisponibilidad del Antonov por la guerra en Ucrania, lo que obligó a Airbus a adoptar transporte marítimo y ajustar pólizas. Concluye resaltando la resiliencia logística y la integración de sostenibilidad en la estrategia corporativa.</abstract>
