<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El dominio ejercido por el hombre sobre la naturaleza, con el fín de explotarla en su beneficio, le ha hecho perder de vista la idea de que hay un sistema mantenido en equilibrio y que cualquier alteración que se haga en una parte de ese sistema repercute sobre los demás. La pérdida de esa idea es en gran parte, la responsable del problema ecológico, ya que induce a adoptar determinadas conductas en un país, sin tener en cuenta su repercusión en los países vecinos. La actitud del hombre debe ser contemplativa del todo en el espacio y en el tiempo y derivar de esta visión, los criterios necesarios para la acción, el progreso y el equilibrio dinámico</abstract>
