L'article informe sur manifestations respiratoires parmi la population exposée aux émanations des étiquettes thermocollantes utilisés. L'exploration de l'asthme professionnel des "emballeurs de viande" repose sur des tests d'exposition simulant les conditions de travail; la multiplicité des produits mis en jeu nécessite la pratique des tests itératifs avec les différentes substances chimiques entrant dans les formulations utilisées ainsi qu'un examen analytique de l'atmosphère de travail</abstract>
