<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se realiza, en primer lugar, una valoración de los mecanismos introducidos en nuestras bolsas entre 1981 y 1986; en segundo lugar, se analizan las principales características del actual mercado bursátil español y, en tercer lugar, se estudian los cambios que provocará la aplicación de la Ley de Reforma del Mercado de Valores. En definitiva, se analiza el antes y el después de la aplicación de la Ley en las bolsas de valores españolas</abstract>
