Título: Mortality and incidence of cancer among a cohort of self employed butchers from Geneva and their wives / E. Gubéran... [et al.]
Notas: Sumario: Studies from several countries on butchers and other meat workers have shown excess risks for several malignancies especially for lung cancer, prostatic cancer, leukaemia, and lymphoma. Various hypotheses have been considered to explain the excess cancers although adequate evidence of the causal role of occupational factors was not produced. The aim of the present study was to investigate mortality and incidence of cancers among a cohort of Geneva butchers, and their wivesRegistros relacionados: En: British journal of industrial medicine. - London and Margate. - nº 11, November 1993 ; p. 1008-1016Materia / lugar / evento: Medicina laboral Enfermedades profesionales Mortalidad Trabajadores autónomos Industria cárnica Cáncer Epidemiología Génova Otros autores: Gubéran, E.
