Sumario: This study used pig skin to compare vapor and liquid permeation of benzene, n-butanol, and toluene in vitro. The current work sought to couple a system for vapor generation to in vitro permeation cells to evaluate the dermal permeation of vapors. For comparison of the permeation of saturated vapor, additonal system controls are needed to maintain saturated vapors at the skin-vapour interface
